2. Contact Us for Customized Solutions: If you cannot find what you need on our site or have unique requirements, please reach out to us for personalized product recommendations. To assist you effectively, please provide the following information:

   • Sample material composition

   • Is it a coating or a series of coatings?

   • What is the base material under the coatings?

   • What layers do you need to measure?

   • Specific uncertainty or accuracy requirements

   • Thickness or composition ranges required

   • Acceptable deviation from requested thicknesses and/or composition values

   • Beam size or surface area to be tested

   • Type of XRF instrument (benchtop or portable), including make and model

Once we receive your request, we will prepare a quotation detailing our offer. You can review and accept the quotation or request modifications. If modifications are needed, we will provide a revised offer. This process will continue until we have a quotation that meets your needs. You can then place your order based on the accepted quotation number. After placing your order, we will send an acknowledgment for your records and as confirmation of the agreed terms.
